How to clean the water filter

The water pressure in the gardens is not amazing, but if the flow stops or goes really slowly, one reason could be a blocked filter. Follow these steps to clean it out:

You might want to turn off the water at the stopcock behind the large green water tank first. Then undo the silver collar holding the filter housing together.

Next pull and twist on the large black filter housing to separate it from the filter base.

Clean out the filter and any gunk, then reverse the removal procedure to put back together
